Based on the same field-proven ASIC, firmware, and driver technology as Emulex’s LPe1150 HBA, the Emulex LPe1105-HP is fully driver compatible with all Emulex HBAs. As a centralized management suite, HBAnyware incorporates agent technology that provides discovery, reporting and management of local and remote HBAs.

Fiber Channel is the de-facto standard for virtual server storage connectivity and Emulex HBAs are fully qualified for virtual server environments.
