HPE Foundation Care Next Business Day Service offers a next-business-day on-site response with coverage available nine hours per day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, on business days Monday through Friday, excluding on Hewlett Packard Enterprise holidays. Software support is provided with a two-hour response time.
